Analyse research methodology and techniques and demonstrate the ability to operate autonomously to prepare a research-based dissertation.
Evaluate existing and emerging international research-informed knowledge of educational management and leadership.
Articulation
Applicants who successfully complete the Master of Education Leadership and Management can enrol onto the Doctor of Business Administration.
The admission requirement for the Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Management are as follows:
A Bachelor of Education Honours (BEd Hons) degree or
An appropriate 480-credit professional degree or
An appropriate Honours degree or
An appropriate Postgraduate Diploma that incorporates a research component that carries a minimum of a 30-point credit rating.
To be considered via RPL, applicants should be above the age of 30 years.
The Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Management programme is currently offered only to students that are South African residents.
