
Thabi Nkosi, an agricultural economist, will advise students on how to bring more to the table in their career by being flexible and adaptable.
Private higher education institution, MANCOSA, is hosting virtual monthly soft skills sessions, start-up workshops and a range of speaker series to encourage and inspire students.
Prominent leaders from various fields will provide students and graduates with practical tools and tips to successfully improve their employability and progress in their chosen career a series of webinars.
Nkosi who is also managing partner of African Green Alpha Private Equity, will be the next guest speaker during the virtual webinar on Monday 21 January 2022 at 17h00.

Nkosi will discuss the topic titled “Career shapeshifting: Resilience and adaptability”.
She will explain that as our career aspirations change, professionals often need to shapeshift gradually to reach their desired outcomes.
The topic touches on the importance of resilience and adaptability in this process, particularly when things do not go our way.
