The topic touches on the importance of resilience and adaptability in this process, particularly when things do not go our way.

Responding to what drives employability at MANCOSA, Martha Moyo, Regional Director at MANCOSA, said: “The MANCOSA employability initiatives are geared towards ensuring that our graduates have the capacity to function optimally and successfully in the roles they occupy as well as the ability to move between occupations, industries and disciplines and thus enabling them to be employable throughout their careers.

“Our graduates are also encouraged to engage in entrepreneurship activities; setting up and running their own businesses, and thus contributing to their communities as part of employability”, said Moyo.

Nuhraan Sambo, Director at MANCOSA, said: “The Employability platform at MANCOSA will not only address any skills shortages within the industry but also equip the participants with a diverse range of both soft and technical skills. This can greatly benefit a graduate wanting to further their development to be more employable in the market.

“The Employability platform has a well-balanced blend of activities to cater to an individual participant’s training needs. The Employability platform is taking education and skills training one step further and always seeking innovation and value add opportunities for the participants”, said Sambo.
