The Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Leadership is a leadership programme that focuses on the consequences, efficacy, and administration of digitalisation in organisations.
The programme is intended to be a current and comprehensive examination of the leadership challenges associated with the successful implementation of online systems and technology in business, as well as the development and deployment of new technologies for digital leadership. This includes new technology companies and applications, as well as organisations that are attempting to integrate digital platforms into their commercial operations. The programme is intended for management professionals who want to advance their careers and focuses on the acquisition of knowledge required for managing digital technologies that serve company goals. The programme focuses on the development of digital literacy skills needed to lead company innovation using new and emerging technologies.

Completion of a Postgraduate Diploma meets the minimum entry requirement for admission to a cognate Master’s Degree usually in the area of specialisation of the Postgraduate Diploma offered both locally and internationally.

Requirements
The admission requirement for the Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Leadership Programme is as follows:
To be considered for admission to MANCOSA’s Postgraduate Diploma Programmes, any one of the following requirements apply:
An appropriate 3-year Bachelor’s Degree or
Advanced Diploma/Bachelor of Technology at NQF level 7 and
A proven proficiency in English
Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements as outlined above but have demonstrable equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through work or other life experiences, may apply for alternative access by proving competency through a formal RPL process to be admitted to the programme.
No more than 10% of a cohort will be admitted into the programme based on RPL.
Selection criteria for study at MANCOSA include one or more of the following depending on the individual application:
Achievement of relevant higher education qualifications at the required NQF level;
Personal interviews;
Biographical information;
Portfolio of evidence;
Recognition of prior learning (RPL);
South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) or Universities’ South Africa (USA) certification of equivalence; and
Language proficiency test.
Students will be selected on meeting the minimum admission requirement for Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Leadership Programme
