Centre for Women in Leadership

MANCOSA Centre for Women in Leadership aims to address the socio economic development challenges of the broader community through its sponsorship of care packs and school shoes to underprivledged communities. The centre takes great pride in its contribution to Gender Based Violence through education initiatives to not only create awareness, but to provide valuable information and tools to empower women. The centre also annually contributes sanitary care packs to address period poverty in the community and will continue to do so for years to come.

The centre has a key focus on rolling out on an annual basis the empowerment initiatives that not only educate but empower women in business. The diverse range of webinar topics aim to address not only the challenges women face in the world of work but to provide important skills.

The TITANS Aspiring Professional Programme aims to provide upskilling initiatives to women in sport through its partnership with TITANS. The programme runs on an annual basis and the shared vision of the centre in its partnership with TITANS is aligned to provide on-going oppprtunities to women in sport.
