Students, staff and members of the business sector were among those who participated in the recent MANCOSA Golf Day at the Durban Country Club.
Keen golfers enjoyed a round of golf; business networking and attended the evening prize-giving and dinner. The event was aimed at stakeholder engagement and was a celebration in the run-up to the launch of the MANCOSA Graduate School of Business (GSB).
The event coincided with a scholarly visit by a delegation of academics and students from the Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management (NSUEM) who experienced a MANCOSA stakeholder event.
At the end of play golfers were rewarded for their talents on the green at the prize-giving ceremony. The top five teams were gifted with golf paraphernalia for their prowess on the green.
In addition to the prize-giving ceremony, the evening’s programme included a welcome address by MANCOSA’s Principal, Professor Yusuf Karodia who thanked guests for their participation and contribution towards a successful event.
