Standard Bank’s Top Women Awards is an event that recognises those individuals who have stepped up and shaped women’s roles within the private and public sector. MANCOSA played an instrumental role in the event by sponsoring the Skills Development Award.
The Skills Development Award encompasses recognising learnerships and skills programmes that support, for example, youth development and the promotional career awareness for female employees that demonstrate good results in businesses across all sectors. MANCOSA is passionate about skills development in the workplace and pride itself in developing and equipping school learners and business leaders, through effective programmes, to change Africa and the world.
This year the Skills Development Award was handed to Margaret Sibiya from ICT Works.
