Customer Information Consultant : Pretoria

The position entails the following job responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet students and customers in a friendly, polite manner.
  • Man the reception desk
  • They will be able to call relevant departments to collect students, confirm appointments with staff and accompany the persons to the necessary department.
  • Check the registration status of students
  • Assist students with the online registration process
  • Collect study material from dispatch when necessary.
  • Staff are to ensure that the reception area does not get congested at any time, manage the flow.
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls to the relevant departments
  • Ensure that all students and customers sign the reception visitor register.
  • Replenish pamphlets in the reception area, and keep the reception area neat and tidy.
  • Assist with the relief of the main receptionist.

Qualification/s:

  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
  • Short learning programme/course in office and or business administration

Experience:

  • Minimum one to three years’ experience within an office environment
